Generally, orders received on a business day by 11 am (CT) will ship within 48 hours (excluding "non-stock" items and dissection/preserved materials).

Business days are Monday through Friday (Items shipped Next Day Air on Friday will be delivered on Monday; items shipped Second Day Air on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, etc.)

We will ship your order the most secure and economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 5-7 business days.
Regular or Small Parcels
Most orders will be shipped using FedEx® or Priority Mail.

Nasco strictly adheres to the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations regarding products classified as “hazardous materials.” In following these regulations, you may be assessed a $45.00 per carton special handling surcharge for items defined within this category. For your convenience, these products are designated in the catalog by a ♦ or D.O.T. classification next to the catalog number.

This is your least expensive choice and the default choice on the shopping cart.
Next Day Air
HOLIDAY SHIPPING for Next Day Air: Place your order by noon (CDT) December 21 for delivery December 24.* (Applies to in-stock items only)

Second Day Air
HOLIDAY SHIPPING for Second Day Air: Place your order by noon (CDT) December 20 for delivery December 24.* (Applies to in-stock items only)
Second business day after shipment, at additional cost over Ground, but less than Next Day Air.
Three Day Select
HOLIDAY SHIPPING for Three Day Select: Place your order by noon (CDT) December 18 – 19 for delivery December 23. (Applies to in-stock items only)
Third business day after shipment, at additional cost compared to Ground, but less than Second Day Air. No Saturday deliveries.
Truck Freight
Used for large shipments and heavy items. Since this shipping cost varies depending upon location being shipped to, the final shipping costs cannot be calculated precisely. To obtain an estimate, please call Customer Care at 1.800.558.9595.
Special Shipping
If you have at least one item in your cart that requires special shipping, after submitting your order, you will be contacted within 2 business days by Customer Care with a shipping estimate. Your payment will not be processed until the shipping amount is approved by you.

Filing Claims for Damaged Merchandise
Unfortunately, there are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment. If delivery was via truck, Nasco Customer Care MUST be notified within 15 business days of delivery to file freight claim with the trucking company. If delivery was via FedEx® or Priority Mail, please contact Nasco Customer Care immediately. IMPORTANT! In all cases, retain original carton and packing materials.
