How to Place an Order

You can shop online and add items to your shopping cart, or you can order via phone, fax, mail, or email.

A secure e-commerce ordering feature has been developed so you can send your order to us by registering and putting items in your shopping cart. This feature may be used by customers in the USA, Canada, and US Territories. Orders from outside the United States, please see International Orders section below.

We want to ensure you get the discounts you deserve … to apply your discount quote number to your online order, follow these steps:

  • View the details page of the product you would like to order
  • Find the “Discount Quote” field
  • Enter your 5 digit quote number (example:12345)
  • Click “Apply Quote” to see your discounted pricing
  • OR, apply it right in the cart!

Product number in hand? Ready to buy? Use quick order … a solution to save you time.
You can build out and upload a CSV file of all your product needs, OR enter product number(s) on the page. If you have a quote number, you can apply "Discount Code" in the cart!

Products that have been labeled as “Special Order by Phone Only” tend to be more complicated than most of our products. To make sure that you, the customer, have exactly the right information in order to make a purchase, this item requires you to talk to one of Nasco’s Order Department operators by dialing 1.800.558.9595. Just have the product number available so the order department operator can answer your questions and take your order in a timely fashion.

We will ship your order the most secure and economical way, unless you request a particular method of shipment. COD charges are additional. Please include telephone number and name of person to be contacted by the transportation company in order to attempt delivery.

Generally, orders received on a business day by 11:00 a.m. (CST) will ship within 48 hours (excluding “non-stock” items and live materials).

Regular or Small Parcels

Most orders will be shipped using FedEx® or Parcel Post.

Large Parcels

Your order will be shipped by truck if it is too heavy, if it exceeds the size limit for regular or small parcels or if regular methods of shipment would be too costly. Please call us for a freight estimate.

Next Day Air and Second Day Air service are available. Rates are higher than ground service rates; however, air service may be appropriate if you are in a hurry for your order. Ask our phone order operators for details.

Because of US Department of Transportation and FedEx® regulations, you may be assessed a special handling surcharge for products classified as “hazardous.” FedEx® now charges $35.00 per carton for “hazardous.” items requiring special handling. These products are designated by a diamond symbol or D.O.T. classification next to the product number. Whenever possible, like items will be shipped in a single carton. However, shipping more than one type of hazardous material in a single carton is prohibited which may subject you to additional charges.

Nasco delivers quality products to all parts of the globe. Most products are available for export – with over 250 dealers and sales to over 181 countries around the world.

Orders from outside the United States can be emailed to [email protected] or submitted using our website. Nasco will deliver your order to most any country. Here’s what you need to know when ordering from outside the United States:

  • You must register.
    Enter your name, street address, and city. Then select “Other Country” in the State Box listing, and select your country. After you have registered, your State Box will show “XP.” This is Nasco’s default for all international orders.
  • Once you submit your order through the website, Nasco will contact you with a shipping quote. This will come via email within 1-3 days of submitting your order. Please note: Some product lines are handled exclusively through local authorized distributors. If there is a local distributor for the products you are ordering, we will contact you with referral information.
  • Before Nasco can ship your order, you must confirm that you will pay the shipping charges. You are also responsible for clearing the products through customs and paying any customs duties.

Nasco has an extensive distribution network ready to assist you. Our distributors will handle all shipping and importation protocol for your convenience.
