Educate students about the effects of drinking by allowing them to experience it with these simulated impairment goggles. An evidence based tool used to vividly demonstrate the concept of impairment and the dangers of impaired driving. Goggles distort vision and cause behaviors that are similar to behaviors exhibited by someone under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Simulate a low level of impairment with an estimated Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of <.06. This lower impairment level will allow you to educate students about the potential dangers of even the slightest impairment from alcohol and other drugs. These shaded goggles add difficulty by simulating nighttime impairment. Many impairment accidents occur at night, so this goggle is an important demonstration tool for presentations.
