Yes. The use of an email address has become the industry standard. It also guarantees we have a contact email if there is a problem during registration. If you are establishing a new account, your email address should serve as your Username. If you created an account with us previously, the Username and Password that you used will still be valid.

Your Nasco username and password is only used to get your Nasco discount tied to your eCommerce account. In a pinch, we might use it to contact you if we had a question on an order, but we also have that information on your Nasco account.

The ship to addresses for your orders will come from the information eCommerce has, so there is no need to enter them in the Nasco account you use for eCommerce.

You must contact Nasco (1.800.558.9595) and ask for the eProcurement Specialist before submitting a test order so we can coordinate identifying the test order and deleting it before it is processed for fulfillment.

If the links are correct and you are still having a problem it could be a firewall issue. Your security settings could prevent data from being pulled back into your system. Contact your IT Department.

Sales tax appears on all Nasco web-based orders from our taxable states. Nasco is required by law to have documentation on file to confirm your tax exempt status. Once verified the sales tax is removed from your order. We will contact you to request documentation that is not on file.

Your district eCommerce Administrator (normally in the Purchasing Department) must set up Nasco as an eCommerce vendor before purchases can be made. Contact them and let them know you would like Nasco added.

Your discounted prices will be displayed on each item as you shop the Nasco website. Your shopping cart will show the discounted prices and special shipping terms when the $99 minimum order is reached. Orders under $99 do not qualify for discounted pricing and special shipping terms.

Your discounts do not apply to every item Nasco carries. For example the K-12 Education discounts do not include our professional line of Nutrition and Nursing education products. There are also some items that are excluded from all discounts (“NA” and “NZ” prefix items, Xenopus frogs, live material coupon cards, Ready-Or-Not Tot®).

Once a shopping cart has been pulled back into a Purchase Order you cannot go back into the shopping cart on the Nasco website to make changes. You should have the ability to delete items directly on your Purchase Order by contacting your Purchasing Department.

Each order is so individualized it takes a Customer Service Rep to look at all of the variables and calculate the shipping charges.
