Designed with soft mesh material on the sides to increase air flow and overall comfort. Each vest includes two 1/2-lb. weights and four 1/4-lb. weights for a total of 2 lbs. Hook-and-loop closures on the sides allow for maximum comfort, easy sizing, and quick removal. Machine washable in cold water. Weights can be added or removed. Chest: 21 in.-27-.
