This exercise device can also be used while sitting in a wheelchair. By fidgeting or pressing the foot up and down against the flexible resistive material of the FootFidget® legs and core muscles can be exercised. Use of the FootFidget® also promotes increased leg movement and circulation. Not for use with total hip replacements. Comes on a lightweight metal stand.
