- 1-1/4 in. thick work surface consists of a 45-lb. density particle board core with a .030 in. high pressure laminated surface and a .020 in. melamine backer sheet
- Work surface edge has a 1/8 in. flat self edge
- Frame consists of 2 fully welded leg segments and a center support channel
- Legs are attached to predrilled holes in the top with #10 x 5/8 in. wood screws through a 14-gauge steel mounting plate
- Mounting plate is welded to two 14-gauge steel square tube legs (2-3/8 in. x 2-3/8 in.) that are welded to a 14-gauge steel tube cross bar (1 in. x 2 in.)
- 14-gauge center support channel is 2 in. x 3 in. with 14-gauge steel end plates for maximum stability
- Center support is connected to legs by 4 connector bolts
- 4 in. standard casters
