This special canvas, known as a #12 and in an 11.45-oz. per sq. yd. weight, has a close weave which prevents the penetration of oils or acrylics. The tight weave gives the canvas a somewhat smoother finish and is considered to be the most popular canvas at most colleges and universities. Fabric imported.
