Nasco Anti Color Wheel Classroom Kit

Grades 6–12 Teach students all there is to know about using color in art. This kit includes a lesson plan and enough supplies for a class of 24 students to create a non-traditional color wheel and practice color mixing. By mixing and repeating colors with different patterns and mediums, they will be able to get a wide variety of effects for their art projects.

After completing this lesson, students will be able to say:

• I can explain the color wheel and use vocabulary associated with it.
• I can mix two colors to create another color.
• I can pair art materials to create mixed media art pieces.
