Explore the effects of stress and how sewing can be used as a valuable SEL activity to help students manage it. This classroom SEL kit includes the essentials your students need to sew their stress away by stitching together a fidget maze project using marbles and a fun pattern to follow. Before they begin sewing, discuss the effects of stress, what types of tools or techniques they can use to manage their stress, and how sewing projects can relieve stress and help them refocus in class and at home.
