Nasco First Aid Individual Kit: Student Mental Health for Grades 6–12

We all have moments where we feel overwhelmed by our feelings and the world around us. Tweens and teens are no different.

When those moments arise, students can pull out this SEL first aid kit and use the simple activities and sensory objects to manage their emotions. The included booklet walks them through 6 reflective and calming activities.

Practicing these activities at school and at home will help students develop the social-emotional competencies of self-management and self-awareness.
