This live/dead stain is composed of nigrosin and eosin B. Eosin B will penetrate and stain the dead sperm cells and the viable cells will repel it. To achieve best results, staining of the sperm should be done as soon after collection as possible. 15 ml bottle. Should be stored in a location with cool temperatures.
