Place a strip of dough over the frame, fill pouches with desired filling, place a second strip of dough over filling, press together with your fingers, and seal by running a rolling pin over the top until the zigzag edges of the frame are visible through the pasta. Recipe and instructions included. Makes 10 raviolis, each 2 in. dia. Hand wash only.
