Help students explore gas laws through the reaction of sodium bicarbonate and hydrochloric acid. With this kit, students will perform the reaction and use the ideal gas law to calculate the amount of carbon dioxide that's produced. Afterwards, students can then use stoichiometry to determine the percent yield. The kit includes enough materials for 15 groups of students in the lab along with teacher's manual and student guide.
