Convert your electric grinder to a hoof grinder. These special discs are designed for grinding the bottom of the hoof as well as between the toes. Kit includes five 4-1/2 in. abrasive discs, backing pad, disc pad nut (5/8 in.-11 UNC thread), and spanner wrench. Because of its spiral design and air holes, the 24-grit abrasive grain disc runs cooler, preventing loading, increasing production, and extending life 30-50%. The special backing pad gives maximum support to the disc and increases air flow between the disc and pad. Other nut sizes are available.
