Using the same concept of peel-and-stick hand drawn illustrations as the E-Z Decorator™ System, the Furniture & Room Planner produces high, professional-quality furniture layouts and floor plans in a bird’s-eye view. Over 1,700, 1/4 in. scale drawings that include bergere chairs, camelback sofas, Tiffany chandeliers, and sisal rugs. Peel-and-stick drawings may be used over and over again. Also included is an exciting variety of 1/4 in. scale hardwood and tile flooring patterns that you can slip underneath your furniture layout. A special layout grid offers this design option. Includes grid, custom 3-ring binder, 1/4 in. scale/metric ruler, and wet-erase marker.

I used this in my 9th grade introduction to Interior Design class and found it to be easy for the students to use and I also appreciate the professional quality drawings that they can produce. It teaches students the rules of furniture placement along with proper scale. I would highly recommend as a go-to basic classroom tool. Also, students can share one binder when extra layout grids are purchased.:
