All Destron Fearing™ tags are coated with INFECTA+GUARD® antiseptic to fight infection! Coating is dry and releases only on application. Studies show infection rates 12 days after tagging may run as high as 80-90% using ordinary identification tags. Destron Fearing™ tags with antiseptic action cut that rate to 25% or less. The self-piercing tip ensures no disease transfer, and the long shank allows proper blood and air circulation for effective healing and less tag loss. Tags are laser printed.

These numbered tags are packaged in 25 sequential numbers and can only be ordered as such.
