Consumer Math Game Set

Grades 3-12.

Students will put their math skills to the test with fun games based on real-world applications of math. In Managing My Allowance, players attempt to save money for college while paying for purchases, taking advantage of sales, and collecting earnings. The emphasis is on accurate record keeping and thoughtful decisions. In Real-World Math: Unexpected Events, students apply math skills to unexpected real-world events that either make them money or cost them money. In Budget, the realities of real-life economics are experienced as players buy a home, pay insurance costs, make investments, etc. The game Bank Account provides players with extensive experience in handling a bank account by engaging in life-simulating transactions. Set includes all four games described above. For 2-4 players.
