Designed as a complete instructional unit for secondary level students or beginning collectors, the kit contains all fundamental equipment needed to collect, prepare, and maintain specimens of most insect orders. Kit includes a 12 in. diameter collecting net, insect box, two killing jars, ethyl acetate killing fluid, forceps, spreading board, pinning block, pins, glassine envelopes, labels, fumigant, 4X folding magnifier, pen, and illustrated instruction book.
