Bright colors feature a velvet feel, a high pigment concentration, thick, buttery consistency, and good lightfastness levels. Possible to obtain watercolor effects without forming cracks. Colors blend easily. Great for opaque and transparent painting. Made of a plasticizer-free formula with a natural vegetal-based binder. Set comes in a shock-resistant metal box with a tube of white and a camel hair brush (round size 5). Colors include gray, black, vermilion, purple, cyan, emerald green, lemon yellow, yellow, ochre, brown, carmine, ultramarine, malachite green, and yellow green.

I don't have much experience with Gouache but these are really nice to work with. I like the fact they are in pans and all contained in a nice box with room for mixing. I highly recommend these. :
