Durable aluminum alloy with stainless steel tip that can be re-sharpened. Cuts a 3/4 in. dia. x 18 in. L sample. Collection chamber holds approximately 15 to 18 core samples. 1/2 in. drive shaft. Connects to a portable or AC-powered drill motor with a 1/2 in. or larger chuck.
