Using ordinary soil samples and simple, easy-to-follow techniques and staining procedures, identify the type and variety of microorganisms, calculate soil fertility by a cation exchange capacity elimination, test and determine its pH, and correlate the pH value to soil lime requirements. Tests are performed with Chemplates® or calibrated sample tubes. Complete for 50 experiments.
