Listing Clerk/Assistant Catalog Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Creative Services

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Input product numbers and changes into the various programs for the appropriate location of media.
  • Check prices on electronic files.
  • Work cooperatively with Category Managers, Sourcing Specialists, Copywriters, Graphic Designers and vendors to ensure products are properly represented for maximum sales.
  • Assist with Executive Price Verification.
  • Identify and assist product placement for print/web.
  • Help proof pages for catalogs.
  • Assist other coordinators as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Must have high school education or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Must have excellent office skills including keyboarding with the ability to accurately type 35-40 WPM.
  • Must have good computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Must be able to set priorities; be flexible.
  • Must be able to work with a variety of people, at all levels in the organization.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
