Yes. We know the process and timing might be a little different this year compared to previous years, but we'll be here when you need to get ready for next year. As an organization, we have executed strategic purchases for our critical, high-volume educational products in an effort to ensure a continuous supply within our distribution center.

Distance Learning Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we have distance learning solutions available and we’ve opened up access to all of them free of charge so that they’re available for you if you need them. Our distance learning solutions can be accessed through our digital platform NascoEducate Resource Center.

Yes, there are free lesson plans and activities available through our NascoEducate Resource Center that can be shared with parents.

Yes! At teachers request, we have created a number of kits designed for distance learning. For basic, affordable art supplies, look here. If you have an idea for a take-home student kit for hands-on learning, let us know. We'd be happy to create one for you.

Nasco Education remains open, as we are considered an "essential business" amid the COVID-19 crisis. At this time, Wisconsin is under a Safer at Home mandate, so most of our team members are working from home. Please be patient with us as we navigate this evolving business landscape. Emailing us at [email protected] is probably the most efficient way to communicate with us at the present time, followed by the phone (1-800-558-9595) and fax (1-800-372-1236). 

Yes, we are open, though Wisconsin is under "Safer at Home" orders. Our phone lines and distribution center remain open, with altered operations to ensure protection of our team while simultaneously supporting the needs of our customers. Conditions are evolving and we will continue to update you here. There may be delays. We may not be able to answer your call as quickly as usual. But we are doing our best to get you what you need as quickly as possible.

Safer at Home has two primary effects for you:

  • Our dedicated customer service representatives are working remotely in compliance with the order. Please bear with us if responding takes a bit longer than usual, but know that we are committed to getting back to you.   • Shipments will be limited at this time, as we comply with Safer at Home requirements for “essential operations”.  We know that education IS essential … and we will do everything we can to maximize our options, keeping any necessary temporary delays as short as possible. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves, and vow to communicate with you with transparency and speed.

 

No. The Nasco store is temporarily closed as of March 17. Our call center and distribution center remain open, and all store products are available as well via www.NascoEducation.com. The store will open again when it is safe to do so.

Our Customer Care Team is available weekdays 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.

Safety is our first priority ... for your students, your staff, and our employees. We will do everything we can to make sure that the responsibility we have to each other guides all other decisions we make. We are following all CDC guidelines. We are following rigorous cleaning and safety protocols within our facility; maximizing remote work; and implementing social distancing protocols within the workplace. We have suspended all business travel, and are requiring any coworkers with symptoms to remain at home.
