Features of Healthy Kids™ green furniture:
• 5/8" birch veneer plywood with a core made from layers of solid hardwood. The plywood is produced in the USA using renewable resources and naturally derived, water resistant, formaldehyde-free resins. Healthy Kids™ plywood is compliant with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® standards, earning one point for LEED® EQ Credit 4.4.
• Back panels and interior accent panels are produced with 100% recycled wood fibers and contain no added formaldehyde. Certified and qualify for LEEDS® credit support – 4.1, 4.2, 4.4, 5.1, and 5.2. Also meets the Material Specifications for VOC emissions section 01350.
