Fast, affordable jewelry kiln for silver clay, decals, china paint, enameling, glass, and ceramic. Fires in minutes to 2000° F on a common 120V, 5-15R household outlet (uses less power than some hair dryers). Uses a three-key control pad and fires in single-segment, which means one firing speed, to one temperature, and one hold time, or eight-segment Ramp-Hold. The last firing stays in memory for easy repeat firing. Use the hold to soak silver clay, gold clay, or other materials to recommended times – whether 10 minutes or several hours. Controller displays temperature during firing and cooling. The ceramic fiber firing chamber is wrapped in a steel inner case, while the outer steel case remains cool. Case is slotted for circulation. Electrical components, located in the base, stay cool even at extended hold times. Includes an on-off toggle switch. The fast firing element is embedded in the firing chamber shell.
