Initiate nodal cultures on a defined medium in test tubes and force the formation of multiple shoots. The shoots are then rooted and transferred to soil. Includes all necessary materials except miniature rose bush, 100 ml and 10 ml graduated cylinders, ethyl or isopropyl alcohol, household bleach, vermiculite or soil, and pots. Kits contain: rose initiation and rooting media, razor blade, ruler, pen, rubber band, two jars, cheesecloth, spray bottle, forceps, scalpel, hand sanitizer, transfer basket, 200 ml ethanol (50%), five jars sterile distilled water, jar sterile antioxidant solution, 30 petri dishes (100 x 10 mm), card for prepaid delivery of perishable materials, and instructions.
