Excellent for beginners! This press is ideal for the beginning printmaker or for portability. The Baby Press model is a simple, direct-drive press in which the lower roll turns 360° when the two-point handle turns 360°. More effort is required to pull a print than in a geared press, but the small size of the press keeps the effort moderate. Suitable for etching collagraphy, paper plate lithography, and unmounted linoleum block printing, as well as embossing. Total clearance is 15/16". Perfect for greeting cards! Print size: 9-1/2" x 18". Base dimensions: 13-1/4" W x 11-3/4" L. Does not include bed or blanket. Can be shipped UPS. Shipped directly from Wisconsin factory. Allow extra delivery time.
