This cream separator uses the familiar spinning disk technology, but has features which improve safety, balance, and durability. Complete instructions are included. The full electronic control starts the cream separator smoothly and reaches full output after only about 30 seconds. The attachment design of the milk tank, along with the broad rubber feet, give additional stability. The spinning disk is made of aluminum.
