Quickly and thoroughly mixes and blends moist clay for throwing and sculpting as well as extruding special shapes. Process approximately 100 lbs. of clay per hour. May also be used to reclaim hardened clay. Automatic control of auger blade motion is activated by a microswitch which turns the extruder on and off as the metal tamper is placed in or taken out of the hopper. For added safety, the tamper also covers the rotating auger blades when clay is being extruded, plus there is a protective cover over the flexible coupling. Cast aluminum hopper and extrusion barrel are resistant to corrosion and wear. Fast cutting, mixing, and wedging. 40" L x 8-7/8" W x 15-5/8" H. 1/3 hp, 115V AC motor with 6 ft. (3-wire grounded) cord. Includes three interchangeable dies: 1-1/2" rod, 1-1/2" O.D. tube with 3/16" wall thickness, and 1/4" x 1" ribbon; and nozzle wrench. Shipped truck directly from Indiana factory. Allow extra delivery time.
