Built tough and designed for use by working cattlemen who handle cattle every day. Big enough and rugged enough to handle even the largest breeds of cattle. It is a full 90" in length and will handle even the largest Charolais, Santa Gertrudis, and Brahman cattle. Overhead gate is raised by rope control at the front of chute. As the animal enters the chute, side squeezes are opened wide. As the animal moves through the chute and places his head through the front gate, the rear gate is dropped and the spring-loaded, self-catch head gate closes on contact by the animal. Once the animal’s head is under control, the sides are squeezed shut to hold the rear of the animal. All controls are located at the front of the chute. The side squeeze rope control and the rear overhead gates rope pulley are all located within the reach of the operator. Tubular steel construction replaces ordinary angle iron, thus all sharp edges and rough surfaces have been eliminated. The no-choke, spring-loaded, self-catch head gate sets itself for the next animal at the touch of a lever. Overall width: 40". Width at base: 7"-21". Length: 90". Height: 80".
