Excess pressure relief valve releases pressure at 26 PSI (±1 PSI) and a temperature of 259° F. Features calrod immersion heating element 1050 watt, 120V AC, cast-aluminum construction, metal to metal seal, and 831 cubic inch sterilizing capacity. Inside dia. 8-1/2", inside height 11-1/8".
