A complete self-contained sterilizer with an immersion heating element, automatic thermostatic control, automatic release valve, and pilot light. It ensures complete, efficient sterilization and meets all requirements for hospitals and laboratories. Equipped with an excess pressure relief valve that is designed to release pressure at 26 PSI (±1 PSI). Features a deflector cap that directs any steam released downward. This is a low-cost unit that is ready for use instantly by merely plugging it into any outlet. Only a small amount of water is needed to create the dry steam at a temperature of 259° F. It penetrates bandages or instruments for complete sterilization in 30 minutes. Features calrod immersion heating element 1,050 watt, 120V AC, cast-aluminum construction, metal-to-metal seal (no rubber gaskets), and 831 cubic inch sterilizing capacity.
