The Food Label Analyzer (Copyright 2004) provides information that is typically not found on food labels. It gives nutrient information on fat, cholesterol, sodium, and protein; calculates the percentage of calories from fat versus protein versus carbohydrates; calculates percentages of certain recommended daily allowances based on your personal characteristics; and it deciphers both ingredient lists and Nutrition Facts labels.
