Many of the calories we consume daily are from the beverages we drink. We often forget they have calories and many contain high amounts of sugar, fat, sodium, and caffeine. These Sugar-Visuals™ show you the amount of sugar found in popular drinks we like. Each tube is visually about 30 grams of sugar so we can show you a wider variety of drinks. Some of the Sugar Drink tubes only show 1-cup (8 fl. oz.) servings but many of the drinks, such as Mountain Dew, Pink Lemonade, and Energy Drinks for example, come in 12 fl. oz. or more. Be aware that some of the tubes only show about half of the normal serving size found in many of your favorite drinks. Some beverages actually contain 2 servings or more. Test tubes are safe, break-resistant acrylic with permanent stoppers in a durable display/storage box.
