These durable 4" x 6" cards have unlimited ways to teach nutrition, food variety, and portion sizes for all ages. Use for simple food identification, nutrition knowledge, and menu planning. One side shows a color picture of a food. The back side has a nutrition label with the exact portion size that the picture replicates. Each deck includes 100 cards with representation from all the food groups and no exact duplication. Decks may have the same food, but in different serving sizes.
