Set comes with five knives including: 3-1/4" chef’s style paring, 6" serrated utility, 6" curved boning - semi stiff, 10" cooks, and 10" curved bread. Black carrying case holds a total of ten knives with plenty of pockets to hold additional accessories. Case is 27-1/2" W x 20-1/2" when open and folds to a size of 20-1/2" W x 7" L for convenient transportation and safe storage. NSF approved.
