An educational game that gives job seekers the knowledge and skills they need to overcome barriers to get a good job. A wide range with two levels of barriers. The first level is on the surface and the second level barriers are usually hidden and reflect employer misconceptions or prejudice. Players learn seven strategies to overcome employment barriers, both obvious and hidden. After practicing on case studies, students develop their own action plans.
