Recipe Right® is constructed of heavy-gauge steel that provides an even-heating performance that baking experts prefer for perfectly browned baked goods. Bakeware cleans up in an instant with nonstick coating. All pans are true-sized. Pans are also stamped with size on the handle for convenient reference. Each pan consists of two baking sheets insulated in between with a layer of air. Set includes one large cookie sheet (18" x 14"), one small cookie sheet (16" x 14"), one small jelly roll pan (15" x 10"), and one large jelly roll pan (17" x 11").
