Students will be renting a place or learning what it takes to buy a home of their own. They’ll view properties to see what they like and what fits their budget. They’ll also shop for insurance, and once they’ve made their choice they’ll sign a lease and move in or close the deal by signing the sales contract and mortgage. Features activities and resources applied to a specific area of personal finance including a tutorial, real-life simulations, career explorations, a trivia game, a math challenge, writing assignments, video clips, a complete glossary, step-by-step lesson plans, and an examination.
