Students learn about safe food handling while playing this fast-paced game of bingo. Teachers have the option of using either the preprinted cards included in the game, or using the blackline master for a blank card. To fill in their own card, students select 25 bingo words/phrases from the list of 32 printed at the bottom of the card. The primary resource used in preparing the questions was Preventing Foodborne Illness: A Guide to Safe Food Handling by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service.
