Help clients make smart food choices by letting them see at a glance the fat content of common foods. Compares the amount of fat (in grams) in five regular and reduced fat or “lite” products: margarine, mayonnaise, salad dressing, cream cheese, and sour cream. They’ll think twice before choosing high fat foods! This display includes 10 tubes in a display stand and an information leaflet which includes the dietary goals related to fat grams of total and saturated fat, milligrams of cholesterol, and trans-fatty acid information.
