A money management and budgeting simulation. Using task-based manuals, students take on the budgeting and financial decisions of a case person or family. Over 12 simulated months, students deal with cash balance, expenses, and fixed and variable income, while setting goals and assessing financial well-being. Many ideas and concepts are covered including cash flow, record-keeping, budget categories, savings and credit, plus lifestyle factors and unexpected expenses. F.L.I.P.™ is for 2 to 30 participants and takes from 3-12 hours to complete. Case content based on 2003 financial data. Includes an instructor’s guide, 15 user manuals, forms, and case study units.
