Product Details
Developed by Nancy Berkas, Dean Berkas, Phillip Makurat, Ann Olson, Dale Olson, and Cyntha Pattison.
Students experiment with variables (amount of water, force, and altitude) and record data using water rockets and clinometers (a device used to measure an angle of elevation). Each unit includes enough materials for a class of 30 students.
• 20 water rockets (two for every three students)
• 20 clinometers (two for every three students)
• 10 measuring tapes (one for each group of three students)
• 10 sets of student team data sheets (one set for every three students)

The unit requires 10-30 calculators which are not provided. Calculators and extra water rockets may be purchased separately. Grade 3 and up.
