This program is being used by educators, families, pediatricians, speech therapists, schools, day cares, and libraries in all 50 states and over 20 different countries to teach American Sign Language (ASL) vocabulary to children of all ages. The multisensory approach engages learners of all abilities. Each volume uses original music, delightful animation, and a multicultural cast of children who sign to make sign language easy and fun for everyone. The DVDs feature Rachel Coleman and cousins Alex Brown (who can hear) and Leah Coleman (who is deaf). In Volume 1, Rachel, Alex, and Leah invite viewers to “Come sign with us!” in this video that teaches 18 basic “First Words” in American Sign Language (ASL). Volume 2 has Rachel, Alex, Leah, and friends sharing playtime signs with viewers. And in Volume 3, viewers watch, enjoy, and learn as Rachel, Alex, Leah, and all their friends share everyday signs in this award-winning video.
