A fun game that will teach about MyPlate and the MyPlate food groups! The PowerPoint® format is used to present 50 questions and answers in grains, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and protein. Players will learn how to make a plate into a healthy MyPlate, about the five food groups on MyPlate and how to eat a balanced diet, how to get the proper amounts of MyPlate foods each day, and how to make healthier choices in each group. Promotes further discussion. CD includes game, instructions, leader guide, handouts, trivia quiz, and 100 print-ready color game sheets. Duration of play: 30-60 minutes. Grade 7 and up.
