Product Description

A handy, compact set that allows students to explore the voltages generated in different electrolytes by various electrode pairs. Can also be used for electroplating experiments. Set includes a clear molded tank with eight slots for electrodes; a carry handle; a removable tray; and two electrodes each of copper, zinc, and aluminum. The electrodes have binding posts attached for use with patch cords or insulated wire. The clear tank allows activity at the electrodes, such as gas evolution, to be easily seen.
