Materials and dialysis tubing are provided to perform procedures involving diffusion, dialysis, water potential, and to determine osmotic potential. Kit includes orange indicator dye, violet dye, sucrose, NaCl solution, powdered sucrose, dialysis tubing, and instructions. Lab completed in 60-90 minutes.
