Reality TV comes to the classroom! The Hawk Eye Nature Cam is a small, inconspicuous television camera that brings the sights and sounds of nature right into the classroom. Whether focused on owls raising their young in a birdhouse, hummingbirds sipping nectar, classroom ant and bee colonies, or any other bit of nature that bears observing, the Hawk Eye Nature Cam shows students all the action in real-time, bright, living color. Simply mount the camera, focus on the subject, and run the attached 100-ft. cable inside and plug into the classroom television, computer, or Smartboard. During the day, the scene will be in bright color. Then, as the light fades, the Hawk Eye’s infrared lights take over, casting invisible light over the scene, allowing nonstop viewing throughout the night. There’s even a built-in microphone so students can hear as well as see. Also features a protective weather shield which allows outdoor use, and a bracket for easy mounting.
