This carefully planned kit contains all the materials needed to demonstrate a wide array of electrostatic principles - which makes it a perfect way to attract and retain the attention of your class! All materials are of high quality and are durable for repeat use. Kit contains: two foil leaf electroscopes with 250 ml flasks, two ball and disc terminals for electroscopes, Faraday Cage with insulated stand and cover, six different friction rods (polyethylene, PVC, acrylic, glass, nylon, and polystyrene), electrophorus with acrylic charge plate and insulating handle, neon lamp, ice pail, acetate and polyethylene fabrics, charge transfer ball, electrically conducting ball, 12 pith balls, mounted point (to serve as lighting rod), and detailed instructions at basic level. Grades 6-12.
